Brief

PFS Accountants have built a great business through their network, part of their business is they love to give back as much as they can. Through the annual PFS Charity Event, PFS is able to do so. PFS engaged in The Marketing Co to develop creative and digital assets that will help promote the event and also develop brand consistency which must meet the standards of The Star Casino. Ensuring all collateral was completed before a specific deadline.


Solution

The Marketing Co developed all creative & digital marketing assets that helped PFS launch this event. Our team decided that PFS should create a video that showcased why this event is held and what it does for the charities involved. We believed this would be a great way for PFS to engage with the audience on the night and give them an insight into the making of the charity. The Marketing Co conducted several video shoots, both prior to the event and on the night. We developed animated logos to showcase all sponsors who showed their support for the event. Ensured all print & digital assets met The Star Casino brand guidelines, we succesfully created a lot of brand awareness across social using animated videos and curated posts which built awareness for this great event. The PFS Charity Dinner 2018 was a huge success, it was a sold out event which welcomed 800 visitors on the night, most importantly raising a lot of money for the charities involved.
